Building Regulations

As a former Building Control Officer for a number of Local Authorities in the South East of England our Managing Director gained first hand experience both on and off site in problem solving during building works. This experience now benefits the company's many satisfied clients.

Preparation of Drawings

Experience working for local authorities and continuing consultancy work ensures that we are fully conversant with the peculiarities and preferences from authority to authority. With this in mind all drawings prepared by the company aim to circumvent the pitfalls which often delay applications for both Planning and Building Regulation Approval.
