R&B Building Consultants Ltd can provide a complete planning application service for any project. Our planning service includes:

• Planning research
• Planning drawings
• Ordnance Survey mapping
• Planning application forms
• Revisions and re-submissions if necessary

We have experience with many Local Authorities, especially in the London, South, South East and South West areas.

Structural engineers

During the preparation of the drawing the services of a structural engineer may be employed.
At present we only provide the structural engineering services for our own clients design projects.

Detailed drawings

R&B aim to prepare the drawings and submit a planning application within three to six weeks of the initial appointment or survey date, whichever is the later. This is subject to the size and nature of the project as well as full and final client approval.
